Pet-friendly for one dog up to 35-pounds (certain breeds only and must be pre-approved and be up to date on all shots). Pet fee is $100. Access to a large, shared outdoor heated & cooled swimming pool which is next door. Located on a quiet residential street on the ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd with no streets to cross. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. Less than one mile to Publix.
